2. Provide your personalization *word for word as you wish it to appear*

For example:

1. First line: If you'd like to change the line "WELCOME TO THE ENGAGEMENT OF" please add your own words in this section - a maximum of 8 words. If not specified we'll use our standard words.
2. Couples FIRST Names: I.e. Jaala + Theo
3. Date of event: (e.g. 5th November 2020, or 5/11/20)
4. Hashtag - if you'd like one (optional): I.e. #JTLOVESTORY
5. Font choice number: Choose from one of our 12 font style options.Font options can be found in listing photos (usually the last photo in the listing). If no font is specified we’ll use the font from the design you’ve chosen.
   

✨ Disclaimer  ✨

Easels & flowers are not included. When cleaning your acrylic, please carefully wipe down your sign with a soft, dry cloth, no chemicals. We recommend keeping your sign wrapped in the thick bubble wrap we provide until the day of your special event.

• Once we have received your order we will be in touch within 2-4 business days with your design proof. (We will email you a PDF proof to the email address you supplied to us when you placed your order).
• Included in your order are two rounds of edits should you need changes  (extra proofs after this time are an additional cost).
• Types of changes include wording, font choice, and very minor adjustments to the layout. If you require additional revisions or major changes to your design please advise and we will provide you with a custom quote.

Your item is handmade to order in 2-3 weeks! Please allow for additional time if you purchase multiple items or a large bundle package order.

We offer FREE shipping when you spend over $450 with us. If you do not reach this threshold, postage will be calculated at checkout based on where you live.

• WA / NT / QLD / TAS -3-6 business days

All orders are delivered by a reputable courier company and will require your signature upon delivery.

Can I Track My Order? 

You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your signage leaves our studio. You will be able to track your goods from our studio to your door via the tracking number we provide to you.
