YOUR SIGNS PROOF(S)
When can I expect to see a proof of my sign designs?
After you check-out via our website, you can expect to see the first draft of your sign design within 2-4 business days. If you’ve purchased a ‘bundle package’, please allow up to 1 week for your proofs to be emailed to you.
Urgent orders will be charged a rush fee depending on your deadline date. Please contact usprior to placing your order so we can advise how much extra this will be.

Note: Love Signs reserves the right to decline and/or refund orders where urgent deadlines cannot be met.
Where do you send the proof to?
We will email you a PDF proof to the email address you supplied to us when you placed your order.
APPROVING YOUR PROOF FOR PRODUCTION
A PDF proof is emailed to you to check the content & design.Please check ALL spelling, dates and other text thoroughly, as ultimatelythis responsibility lies with you.
When reviewing your proof, please ensure that all text, dates and other information is correct. If you do find an error, please reply to our proof email with your changes (you get up to two rounds of text amendments at the proofing stage) and we’ll send you back an updated proof for your perusal and approval. Additional proofs after the first 2 rounds are charged out at $25 per extra proof sent.
Important! Any errors that are signed off on and approved by you through the proofing process are to be reprinted at your expense. It is your responsibility to check all copy, dates and that all other information is correct before giving us your ‘approval’ to proceed to production.
Once you have checked and approved your proof, your sign(s) will be sent into production. Please allow between 1-3 weeksafter you’ve approved your artwork for our team to manufacture your sign(s) and for delivery to your door to occur.
NOTE: Delivery times quoted above are an approximate only and your individual time-frames will depend on how many signs you ordered (to be manufactured), along with the location in which you live in Australia.
ALTERATIONS TO ARTWORK
Our signage pricing on each product listing includes the editing of your words into your chosen sign layout,plus up to two rounds of text amendments at the proof stage (three rounds of revisions are allowed for custom jobs). Additional amendments over and above this will be charged out at $25 per revision. Once you give us your approval to proceed to the production of your sign(s)no further alterations may be undertaken.
Please check ALL spelling, dates and hashtags thoroughly, as ultimately this responsibility lies with you. Your signed approval back to us confirms that you have checked, (and double checked) all your personal details and that they are correct as per the final proof. If you see any errorsAFTER you’ve given us your approval to proceed to production, a full reprint charge will occur to have your sign remanufactured with the correct details.
We are committed to providing you with athorough design and proofing process with the utmost care and attention to every detail. If we do find that the error has been made on behalf of Love Signs we will reproduce your sign (and proofs) at no cost to you.
COLOUR VARIATIONS
Sometimes, what you see on your screen is not a true representation of the product colours in real life. There may be a slight variance in colour you see on your screen in your proof and your final print run due to variations in monitors. If you are concerned about this and would like to see a sample of the text colours before we manufacture your signs, please get in touch with us. If production has already occurred, and you want to change the colour, it will be reprinted at your expense.
DEADLINES/DELIVERY TIMES
When can I expect to receive my order after I approve my proofs?
Please allow between 1-3 weeksafter you’ve approved your artwork for our team to manufacture your sign(s) and for delivery to occur.
NOTE: Delivery times quoted are an approximate only and your individual time-frames will depend on the speed in which you ‘approve’ your proofs, how many signs need to be manufactured for your event, along with the location in which you live in Australia. These factors all impact timeframes.
If you need to know the exact time-frames, please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to let you know for your specific order based on these factors above.
SEATING SIGNS + NAME LISTS
If you’ve selected one of our seating sign designs with all your guest names, we will email you a spreadsheet template for you to fill out and email back to us. Please ensure all names are typed EXACTLY as you would like them to be spelt and written on your sign. eg. Shayla Reid, Mr & Mrs Matthews, etc,however we receive it in your spreadsheet will be how we typeset each name on your sign (as we copy the name from your document and paste it into our design). Please be mindful of this.
Please check ALL spelling, dates and other text thoroughly, as ultimately this responsibility lies with you (please refer to ‘Alterations to Artwork’ above).
