CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS

Please choose carefully and thoughtfully. 


All our online orders are manufactured on a ‘to-order’ basis. This means we manufacture each item for you and you only (no-one else). 


Due to the personalised nature of our work and the time involved in creating and designing our signage for your individual purpose, we cannot refund payment once we have begun work and/or the first proof has been emailed to you, simply because you have changed your mind. 


If you do change your mind on the design style you’re after and we’re yet to send you a proof, please email us to arrange a ‘change of design’. If we have emailed you a proof and you would still like to change the design, a ‘change of design’ fee (of $55) will be incurred and be invoiced separately before we proceed any further.


Full payment is required through the checkout process before work can commence on your job. 


For every order placed, a 20% non-refundable booking fee is included in the order total to cover our administration costs should you wish to cancel your order all together.

No cancellation or refund will be accepted or issued once work has begun.
